Place is AMAZING! The best food here I would prefer is the chicken fried rice and the ribs they have like some kind of barbecue sauce on them with a couple of spices. The spices have such a great combination of the flavor mixed together. I completely recommend this place

We tried Lucky Inn because we felt like having Chinese but not doing take out. The restaurant is nice enough. It's a pretty large location considering there was only one other couple eating in the restaurant. Perhaps the majority of their business is take out... The food wasn't the worst Chinese food I've ever had but also not the best. They advertise all white meat chicken so that's a major plus. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It was decent. The sauce was much better than a typical Chinese take out restaurants hot pink sauce. This actually looked like you'd expect a sweet and sour sauce to look. My husband ordered general tsos chicken. He ordered it medium but it wasn't at all spicy, may need to go to hot if you like spice. My husband liked the General tsos chicken. Overall, not bad. Will probably visit again for take out but it's too awkward eating in and being one of two tables surrounded by 30 empty tables.

While it is not the BEST Chinese food, it is far from bad. I really enjoyed my chicken and broccoli, my daughter had the pork dumplings.....they passed her taste test! I ordered vegetable dumplings and loved how the dough tasted very homemade. The service was great and what I enjoyed the most was that my food was piping hot and stayed hot while dining. The prices were very reasonable and the complimentary tea was delicious and nice and hot, just how I like it! I would definitely go back, if I am in the area, but I wouldn't make a trek from where I live.

Sometimes you come across a place that you've been to several times without issue but haven't seen what all the complaints were about. Well, Lucky Inn was that place... until yesterday. The food was always great, albeit somewhat inconsistent. But it was never bad. This last time, it was bad. We asked them to take back one of the trays and bring us out an improved tray, and they did. Then we tasted another dish, and it was just as bad. We asked if there was a new cook, to which they responded (in a loud tone) "WE HAVE THE BEST COOK EVER!" Keep in mind that we were regulars, and they see us there all the time. The waitress ended up just stammering something to her coworkers in Chinese (I swear I have to learn Chinese, it's on my things to do), and another woman (I presume the manager) came to tell us in a very rude tone that next time we should avoid ordering the pork. Then she darted back to the kitchen while yelling in Chinese. I'm dulling this down for the review, but I can honestly say that was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had in a restaurant. I don't care how good your food is; If you're making me uncomfortable enough to not want to eat there, then I won't. It's that simple. It's not like Lucky Inn was the best-tasting Chinese food in the area anyway. There are other completely awesome alternatives: Bamboo Wok (they also have fried wontons... mix with Sweet & Sour sauce for an AWESOME dish), Red Ginger (hit or miss on service, but the food is delicious), and Spikey Ty (Teriyaki dishes are excellent, and the rice is superb). AVOID.

Typical chinese american restaurant. Have gone here several times as it is close to work. They are very quick, but it is hit or miss on even the same dishes. Pork fried rice is not good- stick with the steamed white rice. Chicken and broccoli is ok, just ask for it med spicy as it has no flavor otherwise. Beef and scallions was not good- thin fatty slices of bee\f. Curry checken per my friend was very bland and she tried something else the next time. Wonton soup a bit too salty, hot and sour soup a bit too bitter- too sour, not enough spice to counteract it. Prices are good, and it is never very busy.

New restaurant. Typical local Chinese sit down restaurant. Average quality. The combo meal comes with pork fried rice or white rice. You can not get plain fried rice instead, since it is prepared in advance. It was still good.

When I sit down in a Chinese Restaurant and there's a Chinese Zodiak place-mat and steaming tea in front of me before I even get situated, it's a godd sign. The egg rolls were freshly made and full of pork. The Wonton soup, also, had plenty of pork and the broth was not too salty. The sauce of the main dish was also not too salty but just right! All in all this was a solid meal, and while the service was a little slow, it was, overall, a very good experience. It's a darn shame that the best Chinese restaurant I've found in South Florida is way out in Coral Springs.

Ordered again like a jerk for my family. Ordered the special house soup with shrimp in it. and the bill was like $65 with tip. again the driver was the best. he should be the owner. again there was NO FREAKING shrimp in the soup! we called that bitch back and she said "you lia-R" i talk to the chef. he said shrimp in soup"!!! really now? i am gonna waste my time calling that bitch over 6 shrimp? we distributed and poured the soup evenly, and there was not ONE shrimp in the soup! she called us LIARS!! my brother got on the phone and yelled at her, then I did, and i was going to drive over there and shove the soup up her ass. instead we were so tired, we just ate it with no shrimp and when I go over to get my nails done next time next door and the best place KC Nails, i will pay this bitch a visit....and ask her why she called me a LIAR!! what happened to the business of the "customer is always right?" we had no reason to lie and we spent $65!!!! stay out of there, there is much more Chinese places around who appreciate your business and will bend over backwards to help and fix your order. this was the 3rd time in a row that she did something stupid to us. F**k you lady. get a new job, or sell your damn interest in a restuarant. I own many businesses and never treated my customers like you do...you should be ashamed of yourself. you do not deserve our money. Piss off. PS watch out for the cockroaches walking across your table and in the bathroom!! maybe we should call Jeff Weinser at Dirty Dining on Channel 10? That will shut her up!!!

Wife and I ordered the combination dinner. Eggroll marginal, wonton soup marginal, entrées of cashew chicken and sesame chicken poor. We should have known by how empty it was. Our service was fine it just simply is not a good food.

Zero Stars! How can I note give zero stars? I'd rate them negative if this was possible. Such an absolutely delightful experience tonight dealing with Lucky Inn. Delivery of the EXACT SAME dish that I have ordered over the last few years. Egg Foo Yung. Sauce on the side. Light brown gravy on the side. Well, they messed up. No gravy. I called to complain and the lady on the phone starts YELLING at me telling me that it was correct. She tells me that she won't fix it and that I complain all the time. (Once, they forgot rice. How the heck does a Chinese delivery forget the RICE) Also, the chicken fried rice was "chicken - less". Lady tells me " If I want it fixed I NEED TO BRING IT BACK, otherwise NO SAUCE FOR YOU LADY" She is yelling so loud that she scares my cats they can hear it through the phone. There is no point in arguing with an idiot. I hung up. Shame on me for ordering from them again. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
